Browse Forums Heating, Cooling & Insulation 1 Mar 19, 2009 8:40 pm Hello Everybody,
I now know from my builder that we are getting this ducted heating: Vulcan BV3 20i( 3star. But from what i'm reading on this forum it seems vulcan is not the way to go. My main issue is that i want a refrigerated cooling but the builder said this is not compatible with it. But i will have to upgrade to another one and the quote was around $3000!!! Confused of what to do: 1)Maybe upgrade to a better ducted heating and do add a refrigerated cooling later 2)Or resign from everything and do both nyself. Any ideas would be appreciated. How much will refrigerated cooling cost for a house of aprrox 24sq Thanks Re: Question about Vulcan BV3 20i( 3star) 3Mar 25, 2009 11:32 am I called a few places and got a few different quotes, when calling them ask them what the heater is like and if it is suitable. I've ended up getting a credit for the standard vulcan heater and im getting it done through a 3rd party 'A bottle of wine contains more philosophy than all the books in the world.'
