The other option is a double sided for an internal wall that can flue through the 1st floor to outside, not through the roof cavity. Escea 850 =$6000 is the only one I can find. It will be vented directly out the external wall therefore not requiring flueing through the roof space. The 550TRsi model we are getting is only 415mm deep also. Fully installed from the builder with a 20mm Quantum Quartz hearth is $8400.
