The last poster is correct about the water. After a while the unit will dump all the water out so it doesn't grow algae and other bugs. Duct cleaning is an interesting one. i think brivis do it, along with a million other people. If you have a filter in your ducted heating system you should never need to get your ducts cleaned. If you don't have a filter and haven't had for years - get the ducts cleaned once then buy a filter and never clean them again!! A lot of duct cleaners will tell you to take out the filter because it can clog up / cause fires etc ... they are just keeping themselves in business. But like all filters, once installed they must be cleaned every few weeks.
