Browse Forums Heating, Cooling & Insulation 1 Jul 19, 2023 8:38 am I will build my first home soon, so I would like to understand as many things as possible. I am currently renting at this property, and this is what the hot water system looks like. There is a Rinnai Solar S26 and Rinnai SunMaster. Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ The Rinnai Solar S26 is plugged into the power, but the Rinnai SunMaster is not. The property agent advised me to leave it as it. I feel that this setup takes a long time to get hot water(Kitchen/Shower), like running the tap at least 45s-60s. I lived in highrise apartment previously and I usually have hot water about 10s of running the tap. Is this normal for landed property? I am currently in VIC so it is pretty cold at the moment. What can I do if I wish to have a better hot water system than this current setup for my new build?
