So the dew point temperature would be around 27 degrees. If your ceiling cooling system that got lower than that, you'd have a wet ceiling dripping on you. Heating only lowers the relative humidity, so a heated ceiling could work without any risk of moisture issues. Thank you @ashington Homes for your reply!
