Browse Forums Heating, Cooling & Insulation 1 Mar 19, 2022 12:59 pm Hi, I’m trying to figure out how to remove the gas heating return air grille to do some inspection behind it. It’s a plastic grill, 460mm square, probably installed 20 years ago. There are no obvious screws, but tugging it from different sides shows very little movement anywhere other than top and bottom. The louvres appear to be in 4 sections, it’s not all one piece. I’m scared to pull it too hard in case it snaps - a quick search doesn’t find a same-size replacement. Picture attached, any ideas?
