Which batt to buy for old home - rafter insulation

Hi

I have some leftover polyster R1.5 (used for underfloor) that I plan to use between my rafter for my old pitched roof. See photos.

As the roof hole is too small, I cannot use foamboard, so have to use Batt. I plan to staple it between the rafter. What brand do you recommend and what R value?

These seem to fit ok (I have 3 bags left that I plan to use)

Also, does anyone know where to get those foldable rectangular plank so that I can put a ladder on a horizontal surface in the actic?

Thanks
David
