Boutique Homes Heating and Cooling

Hello All, Currently in the negotiating stage pre PWC signing. Thinking of opting out of any heating and cooling options provided by Boutique and sourcing them externally during the build. Essentially trying to get more bang for my buck by doing so. Its a single storey build (Providence 32) in Melbourne and I'm looking at Daikin reverse cycle electric (refrigerant) and a double sided gas Jetmaster (Mezzo) fireplace. Has anyone managed to do this sucessfuly during the build stage?

Hi did you go ahead with Boutique? We haven't met them yet but they appear to be one of the very few builders who offer a guest ensuite downstairs that saves one $12k. How has your experience been so far? Thanks

There are many builders who offer guest ensuite downstairs. Almost all the volume builders. Have you looked into Porter Davis, Orbit Homes, Dennis Family homes, Carlisle ?
