Hi Every one,
I am a newbie here...
we have deposited money with a custom builder for working drawings to construct our house in Donnybrook, Vic...
Builder will provide an evaporated ducted system as a standard inclusion. I wanted to upgrade to reverse cycle system and he quoted $7000 additional for the unit and $1000 for 3 phase, and 750 for 3 zones.. I think the unit is Daikin 14 kw
I am not sure if the price is reasonable.. any suggestions would be appreciated..

Hi Ashy 14kw Daikin Ducted is around $11k plus gst for 24-28sq home which include 9-10 outlets & 5 zones.
All ductwork R1.5 insulated flexible ductwork which is VBA Regulation, many people use R1.0.
The price you get quoted is bit high but pls make sure you get quality job because you paying lot extra for that
