Builder will provide an evaporated ducted system as a standard inclusion. I wanted to upgrade to reverse cycle system and he quoted $7000 additional for the unit and $1000 for 3 phase, and 750 for 3 zones.. I think the unit is Daikin 14 kw I am not sure if the price is reasonable.. any suggestions would be appreciated.. All ductwork R1.5 insulated flexible ductwork which is VBA Regulation, many people use R1.0.
