Browse Forums Heating, Cooling & Insulation 1 Apr 22, 2018 2:29 pm Hi all, I have a Braemer gas ducted heater (about 10 years). Had a service guy who came out last week to clean the ducted heater. After cleaning for an hour my ducted heater isn't working anymore. The heater runs for about 15 mins then stops (display panel shows reset). After resetting , it runs for around 10mins. Then the flames goes on and off every 3 second from the main. He has changed the ignite sensor and some white cable sensor. But it's still showing error code 7 ( gas locked out). In between his cleaning he had to cut the air vent silver tube underneath the house to retrieve part of his cleaning tool which disconnected into the vent). If he didn't join /seal it back properly, could this be the cause? Thanks in advance.
