Browse Forums What's New 1 Apr 28, 2019 1:25 am Hello, I have the problem - can't rid of the smell of cigarettes, I tried all the cleaning products and ways, but there is no result. I have made it almost ideal as a new one, but this smell...I have read several articles about how to get the smoke smell out of the cars and houses (even found some super special sites like VapingDaily and articles about quitting smoking ) but all the ways are not helpful. So if you know a really good way or lifehack, please help me. Thank you! Re: rid of smell 2May 23, 2019 3:31 pm I know the frustrating feeling! Aside from obviously stopping whoever contributes tot hat cigarette smells, I find that just airing the place out for a couple of days, plus a combination of really strong lime and mint scents do the trick. Re: rid of smell 4Dec 13, 2019 12:50 pm I agree with Robbert, I find normally airing it out will make the smell go away naturally, unless there is something that continues to contribute to the smell. That being said, I had a similar problem with a jacket. Where exactly is the smell? Re: rid of smell 5Mar 26, 2020 2:38 am I realise now that OP has not mentioned where the smell is exactly, haha. Besides airing, there's applying baking soda, air purifiers which have all sorts of filters depending on what you want to eliminate (also good for those with asthma, as this suggests), coffee grounds (good if you like your cup of joe), white vinegar... these also work for other odours besides smoke.
