I think it is absolutely awesome. From memory (when I first saw this featured a while ago) the building is being completely renovated or demolished, or something, when this installation is over. The artist is Richard Wilson - he has done some pretty interesting work...I saw his 20:50 when it was at the ANG...a total mind bender - his major premise seems to be about challenging people's perceptions of the environments around them...which can be said about a lot of great artists. I do agree with the window being, if not art, an amazing thing to have to think of, create, and make happen! I was amazed, and could not figure out what propelled the wall section and how it worked! I still don’t know. To me, it was structural wounder! But knowing its art, makes it even more interesting, they guy must be an engineer???
