What do you think? I would have it in my downstairs powder room, bit like a showpiece...good way to start a conversation once they finish Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ It is made completely from glass with lucite handles. When opened, the water gushes out from the bottom and fills the vase up to the rim. Mrs B Re: new designs for tap ware 2Mar 17, 2009 7:29 am It's very pretty Mrs B. You'd just have to make sure what ever was in the vase was in pristine health. No manky vase water for washing your hands or else leave the flower out of it. No manky vase water for washing your hands or else leave the flower out of it. I think if it's really manky and disgusting it will start an even better conversation. Re: new designs for tap ware 7Mar 17, 2009 11:19 am Hi guys
I only posted this because its something different on the What's New thread I really don't thinlk it would even pass Australian hygiene standards. But gees, would I love to have it in my bathroom and listen to peoples comments after they go! Mrs B Re: new designs for tap ware 8Mar 17, 2009 11:29 am Am I allowed to say I don't like it? At all?

It looked fantastic.

Building in Harvest Lakes, Atwell (Perth) status: design phase with builder Re: new designs for tap ware 15Mar 26, 2009 12:23 am A few are available here in North America, and there are some in Europe as well. From what I've heard though apparently the fittings are different to Australia, so it's not just a simple matter of ordering one online. Re: new designs for tap ware 16Apr 12, 2009 4:17 pm I'd be very wary about purchasing tap ware from overseas, if I were you. Besides warrantee issues, in the future you may need parts and if they are not available, then you may be ripping that nice tiles wall apart to remove the in wall flick mixer that you had shipped in from ....wherever because you cant get a $60 cartridge for it in Aus. The same goes for exotic tap ware purchased here. If you buy it from a reputable supplier here in Aus, you will have a better chance of getting parts for it in the future. Beware of cheap Chinese imports. Re: new designs for tap ware 17Apr 13, 2009 1:27 pm Mrs B (and muzzman) what excellent pics. I always wondered why we hadn't moved along in tap design since the re=invention of the older style laundry taps in the early eighties - nothing since. Lovely to see new ideas, I actually like the vase one, I'd have a fake flower in it tho! and I think those modern ones are fantastic, I wonder if any of them are reasonably priced, or they all cost a fortune?
