I have just moved to a new house and the backyard grass is looking a bit worse for wear; grass is tired, a lot of weeds etc. Just want to know what I can do, if anything, to salvage the current grass or would it be easier/better to just rip it all up and put down seed? Attached a few photos. The weeds cover most of the ground. About 50m2 total.
