Browse Forums Landscape & Garden Design 1 Jul 20, 2020 11:20 pm Evening all, Not sure how to best frame the question. I'm after advice as to what to do with the pictured area. I live on a steep block. The very front part of my yard is the lowest section. The soil is dense clay/slate. There are a number of cuts in the block but there is always movement of water through the earth. I would Like to occassionaly park here. Or leave a trailer here and ideally would turf it all but as you see, the area retains water. This pool of water has been here for about 5 or more days. What can I do to assist in drainage or make the area habitable for grass that won't always be a constant boggy mess?
