Browse Forums Landscape & Garden Design 1 Dec 28, 2019 9:12 pm I have some Sasanqua Early Pearly Camellias, when purchased (late winter) they were overwatered and had spots on their leaves (Advised by nursery that’s what it was) I sought further advice from the nursery when leaves were browning from the edges & they Said they were still overwatered - that’s when I found out my partner was watering them every other day without my knowledge. Nursery recommended letting them dry out before watering. I loosened the soil around them with a garden fork as the soil was holding moisture still - now we have had a few hot days and they have dried out too much! we went away for two days and the leaves on four out of ten camellias have almost completely dried out. aside from watering daily through the heat of summer, what can I do to try to bring them back to life???
