I have a question, I’ve potted the grass tree in heavy potting mix, not knowing that it needs a good drainage m, is there something that I can do now, as I feel it would disturb the plant if I repott it again? Or do you think it’s ok to do reppot? It looks like the new grass leaves are not coming out and the old green ones are drying off. Any suggestions?

A few years ago I purchased a Grass Tree from Replants Australia.
They provided the instructions detailed here;

I think that one may be on its way out and you're probably not going to any more harm by attempting a repot
Repot into native soil. Keep hitting it with Seasol and, if you're braver than me, try burning it.
