Last night due to heavy wind, the hot water system’s lower cover was opened and the burner was having no flame. I restarted it successfully by reading instruction on the cover. But today morning again the water was not hot as it should be, I check and found that there is no burner flame but the PILOT FLAME WAS STILL ON I try to follow the instruction but burner didn’t started. I check the main gas supply meter and also checked my cooking stove the gas supply was ok. What can be possible problem? I am thinking of 1. If it has to do something with electricity I will check its fuses in the main board 2. gas supply to hot system is faulty 3. Scaling or burner issue Please let me know what I should do Any troubleshooting techniques Or if I have to call someone to repair please recommend me that as well.
