Browse Forums Landscape & Garden Design 1 Jul 16, 2019 2:36 pm Hi all, we have clumps of what I believe is Urtica Urens ("dwarf nettle") coming up throughout our lawn of Saffire buffalo. It really stings when you touch it. We've tried to pull it out by hand but are rapidly losing the battle. Does anybody know how we can get rid of it without killing the buffalo grass? Looking online I can only see a bunch of herbicides that aren't sold to the general public. Thanks in advance for any help. the leaves that are now underground go yellow, the tips that poke through photosynthesise and have chlorophyll, same reason they grow rhubarb in the dark. 5 2912 Versaloc is a mortarless besser block system that still needs a properly engineered footing.
