During the build there was issues with the roof leaking into the garage at the front of the home. This continued well into me moving in, it was about 6 months until the roof was removed & replaced above the garage. Sienna sent multiple roof plumbers before this time who literally put silicone on the roof to ‘seal’ it. After the last repair, a Sienna employee told me he wasn’t convinced it was fixed and to watch it. Now, about a year later, I find that the roof is leaking again, and the leak has moved from the garage to above the front door. The plaster board is now covered in mould and sipping in one corner. Rather than send out a roof plumber (to find the leak and fix it), Sienna are sending a handyman to repaint it. I have refused the repainting as it does not rectify the ongoing leak issue. Any suggestions of what to do now? Sienna homes are a nightmare to deal with. They deny conversations that took place, and deny paperwork exists - I need to provide all my copies for them to admit what has happened.
