We are currently building a new house with a subfloor supported on concrete stump. The cladding is JH Scycon Linea fibrous cement weatherboards. My front path needs to be about 1/2 way into the lowest weaherboard (which is about level with the floor beams). The Question: What would be the best barrier between the house and weatherboards?
