We thought we could do this much later and be able to save some $ for it but we now know that we will need it to get an interim occupation certificate so now need to sort it out ASAP. We had a quote come back this week for over $3,800 for a wooden topped horizontal cable balustrade measuring 4.3m. Seems pretty expensive to me but does that seem right to others? Any recommendation of companies in Sydney that could do similar?
