Install artificial hedge panel across opening

Hey,

Looking for some ideas on how to install artificial hedge panel across an opening in our alfresco area.

The opening is approx 3mx3m with a brick wall on one side, brick pier on the other and the alfresco roof above.

I've been quoted 4.5k to have a wall built in the opening but this is more than what i want to spend to hang some artificial hedge panels.

Any cheaper and easier ideas would be appreciated.
