Browse Forums Landscape & Garden Design 1 Mar 27, 2019 9:41 pm Hello all, I've just purchased a home and am wanting to replace the letter box and put in a front fence or hedge. Is there a way to determine where the front boundary line of my property is, without having to pay for a surveyor? Thanks Helena Re: Determining boundary lines 2Mar 28, 2019 11:13 am How big is your block? I would try the following if you have small block -Look at your neighbour and align with them -I would use my site plan dimensions and measure from the back of the property(assuming you have a fence at back). Re: Determining boundary lines 3Mar 29, 2019 8:46 pm Thanks Ashwin. The block is on a slight inside curve so can't align directly with the neighbour however thats a good tip about measuring back from the rear fence, i'll give that a try! thanks Chippy, i hope they have applied sealer but i am doubt to be honest, so i am gonna do this job after handover. 8 16269 You should be able to encase the sewer but you will need it designed and approved and access to lot 580 to do the work 2 17155 |
