Browse Forums Landscape & Garden Design 1 Mar 05, 2019 11:04 am After trying many different resources for suggestions and coming up empty handed I thought this might be the right place to try. My garden is on quite a large incline and required the old crumbling rock walls to be replaced, we chose a builder and a design, we decided against blocked walls in favor of formed concrete as we really did not want any cracking, long story short all was finished and within 6 months all walls have cracked one wall has 4 cracks through both sides, render is falling off, he is not willing to do anything other than now add control cuts in the walls. Total cost was $70k (budget was only $40k) and I don't know where to go from here or what can be done.
