We got a few pages listing various trees and shrubs and were told to pick 30 plants and 2 trees, do our design and send it to them. Hmmmm, I wasn't too keen on that especially as we were told that "someone" would create a design for us and then create the garden.. I rang Developer and spoke to the lady who sent the paperwork out to us. She said that the Landscapers can design it for you. We are going down that path. I'm not a landscape designer nor do I have time to research all the plants. So if anyone else is building with the free landscaping you might want to check to see if you can have them design it for you too if you don't want to do it. And as for the fencing, I posted the forms on 21st Nov, we had markings on the ground for posts on 27th and fence complete by the 2nd Dec. Very quick!
