We have a sloping block that is partly tiered and covered with couch grass and has fruit trees and veg beds distributed throughout the area. The goal is to remove the couch grass, add in some retaining walls (to try and level areas) and put something down that does not require mowing in the future but allows access to the citrus trees. Thought of tanbark with weed mat but the slope makes it difficult even in the flatter areas.
Any thoughts?
