Chicken Manure?

Hi All,

I am fortunate enough to have a large chicken company close by that sells chicken manure at very low cost. I know fresh chicken manure burns roots, but would be used for a plantless yard (new house) and mostly for soil conditioning as well. If I used this and tilled into the soil and left until March before spreading seed, would I have any issues?

Also at what ratio should this be used? I've seen some say 70% soil, 20% compost, 10% chicken. But I was looking at just using the chicken manure with no compost? I've also seen some say 0.2m3 per m2? Any help would be appreciated for a first timer!
