Tried to find EZ in adelaide - munns is listed as supplier (on the EZ website) but they have not had it for a while (they found it hard to grow in their beds) so don't plan to re try it..... Tried 8 others a few were what is that? if we don't grow it can't be good So Fu and anyone else out there, is next best option sir walter or sapphire - both soft leaf buffalos? - is one better than the other? Or even better has anyone found EZ in Adelaide and from whom?........ last question if we can find EZ is that the way to go in SA? That is where the growers and landscapers avoid it because it takes a bit of work at the start to get it there. Growers really don't seem to want to fluff about with that but the domestic gardener or landscaper certainly can. It doesn't help you right now though. Get into the soil first as that is where it all starts and getting that right means that the turf will be very good in the long term no matter what you choose. SW and Pal are the two easier to find options and should do fine. well known and easy to get. Non invasive as well. First make sure that area even needs turf though. That is very best way to ensure water is used at it's best and that the area is productive. Native landscapes can achieve an even more interesting and cheaper alternative. A nature strip could be planted with Shore Juniper, Grevilleas, Hibertia, Hemiandra to name a few. They can all be mowed or whipper snipped to keep a lawn like appearance.
