Browse Forums Landscape & Garden Design 1 Apr 07, 2018 4:19 pm Hi, just had both my front and back lawns laid with Sir Walter Buffalo. The front has taken perfectly and is healthy and lush but the back has become a mess very quickly. We are watering for the amount of time advised by the guy that laid it so are at a loss as to why the front is so good and the back so unhealthy. I believe we must be over watering. Its a bit upsetting as we spent quite a bit to get a mess nicely cleaned up. Any advice on how to turn this around an Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ d revitalize would be very gratefully received Re: Any Sir Walter Buffalo experts out there? 2Apr 10, 2018 9:03 am Chris Moon Hi, just had both my front and back lawns laid with Sir Walter Buffalo. Lift up a piece of turf before watering and see if soil is moist. If so don't water. Are you able to take a close up pic of grass leaves - it could be a fungal issue also.
