I have since found this forum and read a thread by fu about the correct way of doing it, using compost instead of underturf and tilling zeolite and perlite etc. Ive just finished leveling it all out. 20m3 total of the underturf. Since reading fu's posts I am now having concerns about laying turf over the top. If i get compost and zeolite etc to the recommended quantitys the levels will be way to high which will lead to removing a heap again. Whay is my best course of action now? Is removing it and starting again the only way? Also would a plate compacter be wise to use on a clay mix?
