Browse Forums Landscape & Garden Design 1 Jul 15, 2017 1:41 pm Hi guys, I would love some advice from people regarding what to plant along the fence/driveway. I don't want to completely screen the fence but was thinking of putting ~3 bushes in along the fence to provide some level of privacy and enhance the look. Currently there are 3 Kangaroo Paws along the front and was going to plant a larger bush in between these. The garden bed is only 40cm deep from the fence, the bush can protrude slightly into the driveway but ideally wouldn't creep too far into it. The driveway is shared so don't want something overgrown (or that can't be easily pruned back). The area gets full afternoon sun as it is on the Western side, underground irrigation also. As it is our first home I am a newbie when it comes to gardening and not sure what would suit this space best. I was hoping to plant Australian natives to go alongside the Kangaroo Paws but open to suggestions. Currently i'm leaning towards something like the Banksia Sentinel.
