In the preliminary plans, they have asked for us to build a retaining wall immediately after they cut/fill the land ready for the slab. We would probably just go for treated sleepers as it is down one side of the house that isn't visible. Can anyone recommend a company on the Central Coast who can build the retaining wall? From the plans, it is around 20m long and a maximum of 700mm in height. I understand we may need to get council approval. Cheers Sorry can't help with anyone but we are building with Coral and need exact same retaining wall as under 1m we are going to do ourselves and have a concreter do the base cementing & we do the rest. Another Coral builder on here did theirs "D and B "and saved thousands using the ridgi sleepers from Bunnings good luck Thanks mate. I have looked into DIY with sleepers however it didn't look as simple as driving posts into the ground and securing with sleepers behind the posts as there is a need to factor in drainage. We need a fence put up on one side of the land and the guy quoting it actually does retaining walls as well, so he is going to quote us on that. However, I will look into DIY again. Those ridgi sleepers are concrete aren't they? Should outlast timber as well. Anybody know any good and reasonably priced Air conditioning contractors/companies that could install a ducted air conditioning system in the Central Coast NSW for a small… 0 8899 Thank you again Simeon.. I will call my certifier for that. Have a good day 4 5108 Hi, just need to ask if anyone build with Central Properties in Victoria. Thankd 0 4009 |
