Advice appreciated.

Hey guys, we have these drainage pipes all over our backyard that severely limit where I can put a shed and other features I had planned. I had hoped they'd be gone by handover but all our neighbours have them sticking up the same way. Do we have any recourse or do we have to live with them? Thank you in advance.
What does it say on your plans where they are positioned?

Are they risers to indicate surface storm water points? If so you just need to cut them down and attach a grate.

Finishing standards - advice needed

Building Standards; Getting It Right!

Don't think they are designed for double brick. WA has a particular way of building and unfortunately that's the way a large amount of sills are finished.
