Browse Forums Landscape & Garden Design 1 Mar 11, 2017 11:54 am Hi Need to submit landscape plans for CDC. Seems like a lot of ppl are drawing it themselves. Would be really grateful if you could post the landscape plan you used for me to have a look? Not quite sure where to start! TIA! Re: Landscape plans for CDC 2Mar 12, 2017 10:00 am Hi Happychild. You can submit your own hand drawn landscape plans to council however council can be quite particular with this sort of stuff depending who you deal with and this has the potential to hold up your approvals process. As a qualified landscape designer I offer a landscape design service to people like yourself providing affordable landscape plans for DA and CDC approval for as low as $375 (please see advert on this website). Some people have had their hand drawn plans approved by council which I feel is a great cost saving exercise for them but others like the peace of mind of knowing they have a professionally drawn landscape plan which will get approved with no fuss at a relatively low cost. I'm happy to answer any questions you may have or provide you with a fee proposal which outlines my services. All the best. Y A R D landscape deisgn co. Hi All, see above image.
