Browse Forums Landscape & Garden Design 1 Feb 03, 2016 1:37 pm Hey guys, We have a problem, we are about to have our retaining walls installed but have been advised that the retaining wall guys cannot proceed with the project until they have the site plan of the neighbours house. 1 problem the ajoing lot isn't yet sold and won't be for some time. Luckily (or unluckily) our was finished in October. We been walking through everybody's houses! Having said that, I can see how a zero lot build would complicate things. However, even a zero lot has some side setback so as long as your wall was soley on your property (as it should be), you should be ok to proceed?
