Rather than create a garden with Climbers, would you consider planting a vertical garden using plants that trail down the wall? We have installed many of these gardens and have had great results with draping plants such as petunias for colour, and huge success with strawberries that fruit prolifically! You could also incorporate some smaller native ground covers if you like and other foliage and edible plants to a bit of variety and texture!
