Retaining Wall - Timber - any concerns?

Firstly may I compliment you on your photo mark up and sketch.

There should be no issues with Steel post and timber rails
I've calculated the height as roughly .90m approx. from the brick coursing
Rails are generally 2.40m in length and require H4 treatment
use 100UC15 Galv posts embedded 1.20m into pile footings in the ground
Being a driveway you may want to consider drainage etc
