I laid Maliee Kikuyu in December and it looked magnificent, dark green at the time. It continued to look fantastic for months with regular watering. As soon as Winter hit (I am in Australia) the turf started to become yellow and looks dead. Winter mornings are hitting 2-8 degrees. Looking at the picture attached some areas are green but majority yellow. One of my neighbours has sir Walter buffalo and has remained dark green throughout winter. I am tempted to rip it all up and replace it with Sir Walter. Is there a way I can get it back to green looking or should I change it to Sir Walter?
