I've used river grade in one part - but would like to off-set this. Any ideas ? Re: Pebbles / Stones - Landscaping - Coloured 2May 27, 2015 2:01 pm I have seen a red stone - but they want double the river stones. Also - only about 30 - 50 mm. Re: Pebbles / Stones - Landscaping - Coloured 7Jun 01, 2015 6:01 am A thing I did was use two sizes Overall a 10mm stone but then a 'dry river bed' formed with large pebbles. Same colour/type Bash ? Re: Pebbles / Stones - Landscaping - Coloured 12Jun 02, 2015 7:50 am Crazyk Just be careful with any type of stone or pebble use as a garden mulch. It heats up with the sun and draws moisture out of the soil. But - they don't break down ... The sun here really affects bark. Bash's idea of two sizes is something - like a similar paint but darker or lighter. It might be a good idea ? Hmmm, I have checked your past posts and it seems that you are in NSW, not WA as I had thought. It pays to show your State in your avatar.
