I have somewhere in the vicinity of 8-10 down pipes around the house and would like to redirect the flow from these into the tank for the best capture of water. What is the best way of doing this? Wet systems are trouble and there are threads in Eco Living that discuss this. The tank overflow also needs to exceed the inflow capacity so that the tank doesn't over top during heavy rain.
