Browse Forums Landscape & Garden Design 1 Mar 19, 2015 4:18 pm We are looking a purchasing a acre block zoned low residential. It has a few trees on the property. We will need to get a permit to remove them Has anyone had to get s permit to remove trees? If so how much was the permit? How many tree did you get removed? Re: Vegetation removal permit VIC 2Apr 18, 2015 12:25 pm Depends on your council, the permit itself is only $200 We just applied to have 9 removed (8 of the 9 were approved after considerable negotiation) and now we have a list of conditions with the approved permit about what we have to replant and when. All up it took about 2 months to be approved. We had to advertise for 14 days to in form the neighbours - oh and the council posted letters to 5 of our neighbours informing them and then charged us $165 for that Re: Vegetation removal permit VIC 3Apr 19, 2015 9:34 am we had a block in our street with a large gum right in the centre of the block the council was adamant that the tree could not be removed funny about that looks like the "soil tests" cut right through its roots and it died about a year later then became a safety hazard and had to be removed Looking to start the journey of becoming an owner builder in SA. Feeling pretty (overly) confident on the building and construction details, but really struggling to find… 0 8397 You wont need a permit to put in non loading partition but you will need a licensed plumber and a licensed electrician 1 6634 I don’t think so as the floor area over 300 square meters then it is class 3…. 12 17926 |
