Browse Forums Landscape & Garden Design 1 Aug 17, 2014 9:05 am Hi, My garden is on big slopped hillside, about 700 sqm. I want to get an expert to take a look at it. I used to purchase plants from flower power, and I know they offer landscaping design service, but I am not sure if they are good at slopped site. My site is a bit challenging for the following reasons: 1. Poor soil condition, it has a rocks, bamboo roots in soil. 2. Lots local animals, rabbits, possums, turkey etc. they eat everything. 3. Rock bed, soils are not covered every area of my site, there is a big giant rock stick on the ground, which I believe my house is sit on top of it. But the majestic rock can be a design element. 4. Budget, I bought the house half year ago, so I don't have much cash at the moment. I might do part of the jobs myself. If the job is too hard for me, I might have to wait for saving some money. Can I keep the design blueprint and do the job later? Btw, someone told me landscaping project cost can be 15% of the property value, is this true?
