how much soil do i need to remove before starting.
i am now about 60mm below the top of paving hight.
also is soil prep the same for lawns and garden beds?

Lawn will have differing fertiliser requirements than a garden bed, but apart from that there shouldn't be much difference. the leaves that are now underground go yellow, the tips that poke through photosynthesise and have chlorophyll, same reason they grow rhubarb in the dark. 5 2912 I am not sure whether Perth has its own way of doing things in regards to this.
