Browse Forums Landscape & Garden Design 1 Jul 26, 2014 10:31 pm Hi Just wondering if anyone has applied for and received permission from Yarra Valley water. We have a 2mtr rear easement which covers a storm water drain. Our back yard slopes down to this and we were wanting to fill this to create a flat backyard. Just wanting some advice from anyone that has done this or dealt with Yarra Valley Water. If it's a storm drain the local council is responsible not Yarra Valley Water. The Harder You Try - the Luckier You Get ! In NSW you would contact a Water services co-ordinator and they would give you advice as to whether or not… 1 16151 Thanks - yea sounds like I need to submit build over easement application....ugh guess I better start finding someone who can do the engineering drawings 3 3390 |
