Hi,
Just after a bit of advice in regards to our proposed retaining wall and fence posts.
Currently, there is no fence on our boundary, however I am required to build a retaining wall as part of our approved plans.
This is down the dead side of the house, so there is not much room. Even with 300mm from the boundary(plus the block width of 200mm takes up 500mm from boundary not leaving a lot of space), the backfill (either drainage agg or no fines concrete) will go all the way to the boundary. Now, when it comes time to erect a fence, the post holes will have to go through this backfill. I dont really want to be digging holes through stones or concrete
Has anyone experience with this and a solution? - Hope I made sense...
Thanks!
Brad
