Hey guys,
So I have a large number of these little bugs congregating on my EZ in a particular area - they number in the dozens.
I am not sure what they are and if they are harmful. They appear to sit on the lawn tips, not doing much until disturbed - then they fly around a bit before landing again.
Description:
They are very similar in shape/anatomy to a lady bug, but smaller - approximately 5mm long.
They have a large abdomen and small head with 2 antennae.
They are golden in colour with 2 horizontal brown bands
They have wings which I think they fold onto their abdomen - they fly 'heavily' like a lady bug.
Can anyone help?
I am having problems with my lawn again. Same time as last year in exactly the same way.

The bugs mentioned above are hanging out in an unaffected area though and I have not seen them in the other areas.
Appreciate your time in reading and any help you can provide.
