Exisitng turf -add bentonite now or wait till its Cored?

Hi All

Been reading up on the various threads as to the issues with my lawn/soil and now I am ready take some action. I am in Perth metro area with very sandy soil (house was built on old pine plantation area) and have a couch lawn about 200m2.

I was going to add Bentonite and zeolite to my lawn a bit at a time each night before my watering day. However in spring i will be coring my lawn.

1. So should i wait till the lawn is cored or just start adding some now?

2. I also recently treated lawn and garden beds with Wetlock and was wondering if I mix in the Bentonite and Zeolites into the garden beds will this mess up my Wetlock that was applied?

Ps I have purchased Seamungus to start adding to the lawn/garden beds and Molasses comes next week
....already have seasol and powerfeed.
