Browse Forums Landscape & Garden Design 1 Jan 12, 2014 8:32 pm HI all Just seeking some opinions / advice re: my renovation / garden redo of my unit. The courtyard is about 80 m2 and L shaped around the side of the unit. Currently literally just gravel and weeds. I had always planned to pave most of it but incorporate a small (maybe 3m x 4m) of lawn. This was initially mainly because I wanted to get a puppy, but strata regulations prohibit pets, so now its just because I like the look & feel of it. My sister thinks I'm crazy as lawn doesn't look good unless it is really well cared for (she has reservations about my ability in this area . So now I am thinking maybe just try to incorporate more plantings somehow or perhaps break up the look of the paving by putting in some timber decking or something? Any thoughts appreciated.
